These terms govern your use of the Finsamudra marketing website at finsamudra.com, operated by Finsamudra Private Limited (“Finsamudra”, “we”, “us”). By using this website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms cover the website only. Use of our products, Sezo CRM and Sezo Mail, is governed by the separate agreement we sign with each customer.

What this website is for

This website exists to share information about Finsamudra and to let you join our early-access waitlist or request a demo. It is an informational and early-access site. It is not the product, and it does not create a customer relationship on its own.

Any pricing, plans, or figures shown on this website are illustrative and are provided to help you understand our direction. They are not a binding offer and may change. A price becomes binding only when it is set out in a signed agreement or order between you and Finsamudra.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist means we may contact you about early access. It does not guarantee that you will be onboarded, that any product or feature will ship, or that it will ship on any particular timeline. We onboard in batches and at our discretion.

Acceptable use

When you use this website, you agree not to:

  • Use it for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Submit false information, or submit someone else's contact details without their permission.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its systems, or its data.
