If you have a concern about how Finsamudra Private Limited (“Finsamudra”) handles your personal data, you can raise it with us directly. This page explains who to contact, what to expect, and how to escalate if you are not satisfied. It reflects your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the DPDP Act).

What you can raise
You can contact the Grievance Officer to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you.
- Request a correction to inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Ask us to erase your data.
- Withdraw a consent you previously gave.
- Nominate someone to exercise your rights on your behalf.
- Complain about how we have handled your data.
How to raise a grievance
Email grievance@finsamudra.com with a short description of your concern and the email or phone number you used with us, so we can find your record. Please do not include sensitive details you do not need to share.
What happens next
We will acknowledge your grievance and respond within a reasonable period, consistent with the DPDP Act and any timelines it prescribes. If we need more information to act on your request, we will ask for it. We will tell you what action we have taken.
If you are not satisfied
If we do not resolve your grievance to your satisfaction, you have the right to escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India, the authority established under the DPDP Act, in the manner and within the timelines set out under that Act.
