Your account and data
- Delete your account from Profile, then Delete account, inside the app. If you hold digital gold, you will be asked to sell it first. You can also request deletion here, including after uninstalling the app.
- Withdraw consent, or ask for a copy of your data, by emailing our Grievance Officer at grievance@finsamudra.com.
- Something wrong in your credit report? The report comes from Equifax, and corrections have to be made with the bureau. Email us and we will tell you how.
