Anila Rajneesh brings more than 25 years of specialized domain expertise in people strategy, cultural transformation, and human capital architecture across some of India's most prominent retail banks and financial institutions:

  • Institutional Pedigree: Her career features senior HR leadership roles across Fino Payments Bank, Malaysian multinational bank CIMB, HDFC Securities, HDFC Bank, and Kotak Mahindra Bank.

Welcoming her to the executive team, Amit Gainda, Managing Director & CEO of Avanse Financial Services, noted that her extensive BFSI experience will be critical in accelerating business transformation through people, culture, and technology.
